1. How fast do you ship?
We ship daily with UPS. 99% of our cameras, DVRs, and Surveillance Equipment are in stock. We ship Free UPS Ground on Orders over $100. Ground Shipping usually takes 2 to 5 business days We also offer flexible shipping options for Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3 Day Select. This enables us to provide you with the equipment on a timely basis. When you place your order, you automatically receive an email confirmation of your purchase to the email address you provided. In addition, you will be automatically emailed a UPS tracking number at the end of the business day allowing you to know that your equipment was shipped. Our goal is to ship to you fast!
2. What are the methods of payment?
Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, Wire Transfer, or check by mail. We will ship our merchandise when check clears the bank.
3. Should I call in my order or order online?
For your convenience, you may order online 24/7. Orders are always being reviewed so we can give you excellent service. You will automatically be emailed an invoice and if we have any questions or delays we will email or call you. If you prefer, you may call our Toll Free 888# and our Professional Representatives will be happy to assist you.
4. Can I change the types of cameras that come in your systems or change the number of cameras? Can I upgrade my DVR? How do I customize my order?
Yes. All of our systems can be modified with any cameras that you choose. We will add or subtract the difference for camera substitutions. If you prefer to order online and would like to switch cameras or customize a system, you may use the "comments" section when ordering online, or call our toll free sales number to place your order by phone.
