Your order will be processed and shipped within the same business day.
We offer a 12 month repair/replacement warranty. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, return it to us within 30 days upon receipt for a store credit (management discretion) or a money back refund less shipping and a 20% restocking fee.
You must call us to be issued an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number BEFORE returning merchandise. Any merchandise returned without an RMA number will not be processed.
There are no returns on Geovision DVR Cards and Computer Based Products unless the card or computer product is determined to be defective. On all DVR Card Products, you have exactly 15 days from the time that you sign for the shipped items to return the DVR product if you deem it to be unsatisfactory. In that case, we will exchange the defective card for a new card. Damage to the product resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, or modifications not authorized by Geovision will not be accepted from the above term.
The product is to be returned in it's original unaltered package. If packaging is damaged or missing there will be a a minimum additional 10% fee since we will have to sell the item as used. If the product is damaged, we will not be able to offer a refund.
There should be no physical damage to a product such as foreign material (adhesives, oil, dirt, gum), damaged covers, housing cases, dents and physical scratches, missing parts, product tampering, damaged, or no box. Any return that is not in new condition with appropriate box is subject to immediate refusal.
All of our prducts carry a minimum of a 1 year warranty. If your product is found to be defective, we will either repair it or replace it. The warranty will be voided in any case of alteration of the product.
